As per GK Publications’ revised “Shipping & Return” policy (effective 1st November 2024):

• Shipping charge on COD will be levied on all orders within India. A shipping charge of Rs.85-95 will be applied to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders which are calculated during checkout.
  
• Free Shipping on All Prepaid Orders within India.
• For orders with foreign shipping, additional shipping charges will apply as necessary.
  
• All orders placed on our site are processed within 0-1 business days, with a maximum delivery time of 5-6 standard business days within India.
  
• No refunds will be processed after an item has been dispatched from our warehouse or delivered to your shipping address unless the item is defective or wrong item received.
  
• We deliver your items via our delivery partners: Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom, Xpressbees. If you experience a delay in receiving your order (more than 10 days), please contact us via WhatsApp Chat or email.
