Refund policy

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Replacement will only be initiated if the customer has received a product that is either incorrect or damaged to the extent that its readability is impacted (e.g., missing pages, major misprints, etc.).

  • Customers must notify/claim/inform us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging along with price tags, labels, and invoices.

  • Return packets should be securely packaged to avoid any further damage in transit.


Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received or after receiving RTO confirmation by CL Educate Ltd (GK Publications) or its business partner.

  • Refund will be made as per the original mode of payment of the order.


Returns for Customer Error (Wrong/Mistaken Orders):

  • If the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product, they may return it at their own cost to the address provided below.

  • Customers must also inform us via email and WhatsApp before returning the product.

  • Once we receive and review the returned product, a refund will be initiated accordingly.



Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via email or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, courier/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.



Important Note for Customers:

  • We request customers to carefully review their details before placing an order.

  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability:

    • For prepaid orders, courier charges will be deducted from the refund.

    • For COD orders, the customer will be blacklisted from placing future orders.
