Refund policy
Conditions for Replacement:

Replacement will only be initiated if the customer has received a product that is either incorrect or damaged to the extent that its readability is impacted (e.g., missing pages, major misprints, etc.).

Customers must notify/claim/inform us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging along with price tags, labels, and invoices.

Return packets should be securely packaged to avoid any further damage in transit.
Conditions for Refunds:

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received or after receiving RTO confirmation by CL Educate Ltd (GK Publications) or its business partner.

Refund will be made as per the original mode of payment of the order.
Returns for Customer Error (Wrong/Mistaken Orders):

If the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product, they may return it at their own cost to the address provided below.

Customers must also inform us via email and WhatsApp before returning the product.

Once we receive and review the returned product, a refund will be initiated accordingly.
Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via email or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, courier/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Important Note for Customers:

We request customers to carefully review their details before placing an order.

In case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability:

For prepaid orders, courier charges will be deducted from the refund.

For COD orders, the customer will be blacklisted from placing future orders.
