Shipping Information:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
  
• Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
  
• Free shipping is available on prepaid orders within India.
  
• COD orders may include an additional shipping fee at checkout.
  
• We ship via Prozo courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, Ekart, and Shadowfax.
  

Return & Replacement Policy:

• Returns/replacements are accepted only if: Wrong item was delivered, Book is damaged, Pages are missing or misprinted
  
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of: Outer packaging, Shipping label, Product received
  
• Products must remain unused and in original condition.
  

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue.
  
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 2-4 working days.
  
• In case of prepaid RTO (Return to Origin) orders caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch via Mail or WhatsApp Support.
  
• In some cases, If order is dispatched & cancelled during transit, cancellation charges applied.
