Return & Replacement Policy:

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of: Outer packaging, Shipping label, Product received
  
• Products must remain unused and in original condition.
  

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue.
  
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 2-4 working days.
  
• In case of prepaid RTO (Return to Origin) orders caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
  

Cancellation Policy:
